Booking an Artist for Your Event
Welcome to Creative Body Designs! We're committed to providing a seamless and stress-free booking experience for your upcoming event. Below, you'll find all the essential information regarding our booking policy, payment methods, overage options, and more.
How to Book Our Services
To secure your event date, a $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling. This deposit confirms and holds your appointment and will be applied to the balance due at the end of the event. We accept deposits via Zelle (preferred), Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
Payment Methods
After the deposit is made, we kindly ask that the remaining balance be paid upon the artist’s arrival or before they leave. Payments can be made in cash (preferred), Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal.
Overage and Additional Time
If the demand for face painting at your event exceeds expectations, you can request that your artist stays for additional time, subject to their availability. The rate for overages is $75 for each additional half hour, payable in cash, or via Zelle/Venmo if cash is unavailable.
Please note, when there are about 30 minutes left to the end of your artist's scheduled time, kindly announce to your guests that the artist will be leaving soon. If there are further inquiries for face painting and the artist is not booked for additional time, they will begin packing up supplies at the agreed end time.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, we request at least 72 hours' notice via email or text. We are happy to reschedule your event and apply your deposit toward a future appointment if the notice is given within this timeframe. If the event is canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice, your deposit is non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required for any future booking.
Event Setup Requirements
Please ensure that a table is provided for your artist in a cool and shaded area where they can work comfortably.
Gratuity
Tips are always appreciated and go directly to your artists as a token of appreciation for their work.
